Perry was injured on Friday against the Wild when Minnesota defenseman Keith Ballard pushed him against the wall with a hip check. He left the rink with help after feeling pain in his left leg.
Perry expressed that he was relieved the injury was only a sprain and not anything worse.
He is sixth in the NHL with 14 goals.
