Ravens coach John Harbaugh revealed Thursday that linebackers coach Ted Monachino will be hired as the Colts’ next defensive coordinator. Monachino worked with Pagano in Baltimore from 2008-11.

Monachino runs a 3-4 defense that has turned out impact pass rushers like Terrell Suggs and Elvis Dumervil.
Greg Manusky was dismissed as the Colts’ defensive coordinator after Indy (8-8 in 2015) ranked 26th in total defense and 25th in points allowed.
