College Gameday To Open 2015 Season At Alabama Wisconsin

GameDay coordinating producer Lee Fitting made the announcement Monday afternoon during a luncheon at the College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta.

The SEC vs. Big Ten matchup marks the second consecutive year that the pregame road show will spend the season’s first Saturday in Dallas-Fort Worth. Last year, before No. 1 Florida State met Oklahoma State in the annual neutral-site matchup at AT&T Stadium, GameDay set up in Fort Worth’s Sundance Square.

The show will return to that venue for 2015 but enters a new era as Rece Davis takes over full-time hosting duties from longtime host Chris Fowler.
