Opposite the NFL’s prototype, dual-threat QBs dominate the CFBDynasty.com’s college fantasy football rankings. Of the top 12 QBs in the CFBDynasty rankings, 11 will gain extra points rushing the ball. The exception is West Virginia’s Will Grier, who has a wealth of options in a Dana Holgorsen offense, which has produced some of the great passing offenses in recent college football history.

With many of the perennial fantasy-friendly offenses breaking in new QBs, like Texas Tech and Oklahoma State, some of the names are unfamiliar near the top of the rankings. Adding to the intrigue, there will be quite a few key QB battles that bleed into the season.

After Tate goes No. 1 and RB Devin Singletary is likely selected second, expect at least a couple more QBs to come off the board in the first round – namely, Arkansas State’s Justice Hansen and Ohio’s Nathan Rourke – which rounds out the top tier. All three players are proven and have favorable schedules.
