Earlier, Williams was standing at the hospital and can move his extremities. Dabo Swinney said an MRI was taken and called Williams’ injury a “neck sprain.”

He suffered a neck injury during the first drive of the game.

Williams went up for a touchdown pass in the back of the end zone and hit the base of the goal post as he fell out of bounds.

Williams was carted off the field and raised his arm, according to Aaron Brenner of the Charleston Post & Courier. He suffered a neck injury and is headed to the hospital, per the Clemson football Twitter account.
