He’s the highest-scoring American ever in the Champions League with seven career goals, and he has hoisted multiple trophies both with his club teams and with the U.S. men’s national team.
Already with a trophy under his belt at Borussia Dortmund, Pulisic’s move to Chelsea in 2019 gave the USMNT star an even better chance to add to his trophy case. And he’s helped make the most of it, winning multiple titles and playing in several finals, both domestically and abroad.
Additionally, his time with the U.S. national team has seen Pulisic achieve even more international accolades. While the men’s team missed out on the 2018 World Cup in painful fashion, the most recent World Cup cycle for Qatar 2022 has seen the team improve dramatically, and victories over rivals Mexico have turned the tide. Along with qualifying for the showcase FIFA event, the team played for multiple trophies and achieved success.

Pulisic helped the USMNT to its first trophy of 2021, scoring in the final of the CONCACAF Nations League in a thrilling 3-2 extra-time victory. The USMNT also won the 2021 Gold Cup, but Pulisic was not part of that squad.

Christian Pulisic cup finals lost
While the American has collected a fair few trophies already through his career, he’s also suffered some finals heartbreak.
In fact, the year prior to winning the DFB Pokal with Borussia Dortmund — the first major trophy of his senior career — he reached the final but fell in heartbreaking fashion to Pep Guardiola’s Bayern Munich. Pulisic, just 17 years old at the time, was an unused substitute on the bench.
He has also suffered defeat in three domestic cup finals with Chelsea, twice in the FA Cup and once in the EFL Cup.
With the national team, he fell in the 2019 Gold Cup final before winning his first silverware with the USMNT two years later at the inaugural CONCACAF Nations League.
