It only makes sense, then, that the latest hateable Duke player would hang out with the man who claims the throne: Christian Laettner.

Where to even begin? We could note that Laettner creepily looks like he could be posing in a father-son pic. Or the fact he seemingly continues to embrace the vitriol hurled at him by donning a “HATERS” T-shirt (take note, Grayson).

Even the Duke basketball program made a sarcastic comment, captioning the pic as “Two of college basketball’s most loved players.” Sure.

We shudder to think what a habitual tripper and former opponent-stomper can concoct for next season. Perhaps the worst thing Allen could do to rile up the haters is to keep winning games for Duke.
