Braves president of baseball operations John Hart was hired at the end of last season and has overseen an active offseason, which included trading Justin Upton and Jason Heyward.
Jones, who played 19 seasons in Atlanta, continued his pep talk, urging fans to continue to cheer on the Braves and that character and confidence building wins, as well.
After the flurry of offseason trades, it will be interesting to see how the Braves fare with their fans.
